2、本次会议所有被录用的文章将由IEEE出版社出版,并将被提交到权威的学术数据库,包括Ei-Compendex以及其他索引服务。对于每一篇被接受的论文,至少有一位作者需要注册参加会议。提交的论文以前不应发表过,也不应正在考虑在其他地方发表。
